Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to train with us. We are committed to delivering high-quality, modern and empowering dental education. To ensure fairness and clarity for all delegates, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

 

 

 

1. Booking & Payment

 

 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

 

 

 

2. Delegate Cancellations

 

 

 

More than 30 days before the course

 

 

  • Refund: 100% refund, minus a £25 admin fee or

  • Free transfer to another course date (subject to availability).

 

 

 

14–30 days before the course

 

 

  • Refund: 50% refund or

  • One-time transfer to another course date (£50 transfer fee).

 

 

 

Less than 14 days before the course

 

 

  • No refunds or transfers are available due to fixed venue and tutor costs.

  • You may send a replacement delegate at no additional charge.

 

 

 

 

3. Course Transfers

 

 

  • Transfers must be requested in writing via email.

  • Transfers are permitted once per booking.

  • Transferred bookings become non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

4. Non-Attendance

 

 

  • No refund or transfer is provided for non-attendance or partial attendance.

 

 

 

 

5. Course Cancellations by Us

 

 

In the unlikely event that we need to postpone or cancel a course (e.g., illness, low numbers, venue issues):

 

  • You will be offered either:

     

    • A full refund, or

    • A free transfer to a new date.

     

 

 

We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).

 

 

 

6. Digital & Pre-Course Materials

 

 

  • Any digital content provided before the course (e.g., PDFs, videos, templates) is non-refundable once accessed.

 

 

 

 

7. Special Circumstances

 

 

If you experience a medical emergency, pregnancy complications, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us.

We will review this case-by-case and may offer a partial refund or transfer at our discretion.
